Our coaching engagement begins with a 90-minute discovery session for personal reflection, goal setting and expectation setting. We’ll get clear on what you want to get out of coaching, set priorities and develop a structured, yet flexible plan for future coaching sessions.
We can meet weekly or bi-weekly depending on your goals and desired pacing. These sessions are 45 minutes long and focus on specific topics. You set the agenda and we work together to explore, establish goals and create an action plan with next steps.
I am available for check-ins in-between sessions as needed.
